It’s In Our Hands
The ball is rolling again after a short winter hibernation of working on new music. And now we have lots of new music to share as we embark on upcoming performances this Spring 2013 on the East Coast and West Coast. It all begins with a very special performance in Albany at Ladyfest Upstate in Albany, NY on May 4th. On May 18th la Banda Rebelde guitarist Gaetano Vaccaro and I will head up to our alma mater at Goddard College for a performance at The Alternative Media Conference. At the end of May Taina Asili y la Banda Rebelde fly out to the Northwest for a short tour including a performance in Seattle, WA at The Nectar Lounge (May 30) and in Eugene, OR at the Out/Loud Queer Women’s Music Festival (June 1).
